30-Year Mortgage Rates at 3.32 Nationally

Mortgage rates moved only slightly from record lows from a week ago, with 30-year rates at 3.32 percent and 15-year rates averaging 2.64 nationally, according to figures released Thursday by Freddie Mac.
The 30-year rates were at 3.32 a week ago and 4.00 a year ago. The 15-year rates were 2.63 a week ago and 3.30 a year ago.
Here are the numbers in New England:

This week:
30-year: 3.36 percent
15-year: 2.67 percent

Last week:
30-year: 3.35 percent
15-year: 2.66 percent

A year ago
30-year: 4.00 percent
15-year: 3.30 percent
