30-Year Mortgage Rates Remain At 3.53 Percent Nationally
National rates for a 30-year mortgage averaged 3.53 percent for the second straight week, according to data released Thursday by Freddie Mac. Fifteen-year rates averaged 2.77 percent, down from 2.81 percent the previous week.

30-year: 3.57 percent
15-year: 2.81 percent
Last week:
30-year: 3.54 percent
15-year: 2.82 percent
A year ago
30-year: 3.86 percent
15-year: 3.15 percent
