Consumer Reports: Verizon No. 1, AT&T Last In Mobile Service
Verizon remains the highest-rated mobile-phone service, AT&T the lowest, in the latest reader-service ratings announced this morning by Consumer Reports.
Verizon received high grades for voice and data service quality. It also highly regarded for staff knowledge and resolving problems. Sprint, T-Mobile, and AT&T received middle-of-the-pack or low scores. Readers singled out voice and text service quality as especially low.
Despite finishing last overall in the rankings, AT&T was rated first in 4G network service with the fewest reader complaints.
The complete rankings are available at ConsumerReports.org and in the January 2013 issue of Consumer Reports, now on newsstands.
