Mortgage Rates Barely Move Entering Thanksgiving Weekend

Fixed mortgage rates increased slightly entering the holiday weekend with 30-year rates averaging 4.29 percent nationally at 15-year rates 3.30 percent.
A week ago, averages were 4.22 (30-year) and 3.27 (15-year) percent).

This week:
30-year: 4.29 percent
15-year: 3.32 percent

Last week

30-year: 4.22 percent
15-year: 3.27 percent

A year ago:
30-year: 3.36 percent
15-year: 2.67 percent
