Mortgage Rates Dip: 30-Year At 4.32 Percent

Mortgage rates dropped after the Federal Reserve said it will continuing its bond-buying stimulus, with 30-year rates averaging 4.32 percent and the 15-year at 3.37 percent nationally, according to data released Thursday morning by Freddie Mac.
A week ago, 30-year rates averaged 4.50 percent and 15-year rates averaged 3.54 percent.

This week:
30-year: 4.36 percent
15-year: 3.39 percent

Last week

30-year: 4.50 percent
15-year: 3.54 percent

A year ago
30-year: 3.42 percent
15-year: 2.75 percent
