Mortgage Rates Dip: 30-Year At 4.51 Percent

Mortgage rates moved lower, responding to the Fed’s bond purchase program, as national averages for 30-year fixed rates hit 4.51 percent and 15-year rates were at 3.54 percent.
A week ago, 30-year was at 4.58 percent and 15-year at 3.60 percent.

15-year: 3.55 percent

15-year: 2.85 percent
