Mortgage rates pushed slightly higher in the past week, with 30-year rates averaging 4.58 percent nationally and 15-year rates at 3.60 percent.
A week ago, the 30-year was at 4.40 percent and the 15-year at 3.60.

30-year: 4.58 percent
15-year: 3.60 percent

Last week
30-year: 4.42 percent
15-year: 3.46 percent

A year ago
30-year: 3.66 percent
15-year: 2.89 percent
