Mortgage Rates In Mild Bump: 30-Year Rate At 3.41 Nationally
Mortgage rates barely moved in the past week, with the national average for a 30-year loan at 3.41 percent and for a 15-year loan at 2.72 percent, according to figures released Thursday morning by Freddie Mac.
The 30-year rate was 3.37, the 15-year rate 2.66 a week ago.

30-year: 3.46 percent
15-year: 2.76 percent

30-year: 3.40 percent
15-year: 2.68 percent
A year ago
30-year: 4.09 percent
15-year: 3.37 percent
