Mortgage Rates Inch Higher Third Week In Row

Mortgage rates pushed higher for the third straight week, with national rates averaging 3.59 percent for 30-year loans and 2.77 percent for 15-year loans.
A week ago, rates were 3.51 (30 year) percent and 2.699 (15 year) percent.

30-year: 3.59 percent
15-year: 2.80 percent

30-year: 3.51 percent
15-year: 2.73 percent

A year ago
30-year: 3.78 percent
15-year: 3.04 percent
