Mortgage Rates Slide After Month-long Uptick
Mortgage rates, along with bond yields, rolled back in the past week with 30-year fixed loans averaging 3.59 percent, down from 3.66 last week, according to figures released Thursday by Freddie Mac.
Fifteen-year fixed rates averaged 2.86 in the past week, down from 2.89 percent.
