The run of record-low mortgage rates as ended after six weeks, with average rates for 30- and 15-year loans up slightly according to figures released Thursday by Freddie Mac.
Nationally, 30-year loans averaged 3.71 with an average 0.7 point, up from 3.67 the previous week. Fifteen-year loans averaged 2.98, also with an average 0.7 point, up from 2.94 percent.
