Mortgage rates: 30-year up slightly, 15-year down
Amid data reports on inflation and housing construction, mortgage rates were mixed in the past week, with 30-year rates up slightly to 3.37 percent and 15-year rates down slightly to 2.65 percent according to figures released Thursday by Freddie Mac.
A week ago, 30-year rates were 3.32 percent and 15-year rates 2.66 percent.

30-year: 3.41 percent
15-year: 2.68 percent
Last week:
30-year: 3.35 percent
15-year: 2.70 percent
A year ago
30-year: 3.92 percent
15-year: 3.24 percent
