Pipes Burst, Flooring Replaced. So Why Is New Floor Bubbling?

This is not the time of year to worry about burst water pipes in the home, unless you’re Estelle Dolan of Rocky Hill.

Dolan was still feeling the fallout from two pipes that ruptured under her kitchen sink in January, sending water onto the floor, onto a hallway and down into the basement.

“I got up one morning and saw water all over the floor,” says Dolan. “We had a major problem here.”
