Linda Dinh, of Riverside, wasn’t happy that a carpet she purchased at a local Lowe’s suddenly started shedding fibers. She searched online and found a similar experience in TBL’s account last November of a carpet purchased at Lowe’s by Susan Stern of New Hartford.
