Americans apparently have a fear of heights, at least when they’re looking down from the fiscal cliff. One in three people have cut back on personal spending in the past 30 days because of the potential fiscal cliff, according to research released Wednesday by Bankrate.com.
As with most financial matters, younger adults are least concerned.
