Gov. Dannel P. Malloy and the state Democratic party are being extremely tight-lipped about his California fundraising trip over the weekend,  but it seems that not everyone got the memo not to blab.

David Peterson, a Democrat waging a long-shot campaign for Congress against House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, posted a tweet over the weekend that suggests Malloy was in the Bay Area.
