A Better Connecticut, a new nonprofit group organized by the education reform group ConnCAN, is out with a radio ad that questions whether we are giving up on the ballyhooed Malloy education reforms.

Malloy’s counter ad to ConnCAN: “I appointed ex-CFT head Sharon Palmer as the Commissioner of Labor. Are you dimwitted? Or just slow?

Palmer, the ADT and NEA and your Legislature conspired to tank $300 million in Federal Funding for Education Reform. And they got away with it! Is ConnCAN dumber than the taxpaying public? I need votes in 2014! Screw Education Reform.”

    Governor Malloy approves this message.
