Larson, Esty, Courtney, Blumenthal and Others to Talk Transportation in Hartford, Barring Mishaps

Even as wind and rain from Tropical Storm Andrea closes in on Hartford, most of Connecticut’s Congressional delegation and other transportation bigwigs are scheduled to to come to the state’s capital city to talk transportation in a Saturday forum.

Larson Celebrates Books in Hartford

U.S. Rep. John Larson was at the state Capitol on Friday to to help launch Connecticut Humanities’ stewardship of the Connecticut Center for the Book.

Larson, D-1st District, called the Library of Congress, which funds the Center for the Book programs in each state, “the eighth wonder of the world.”
