Presidential Race: Only 8 States Matter

From a Boston Globe story over the weekend, Larry Sabato, director of the University of Virgnia’s Center for Politics, says just 8 “swing” states will decide the presidential race:

“In my view it is likely that 42 states are over.”

The states: Colorado, Nevada, Ohio, Wisconsin, Florida, Iowa, North Carolina and Virginia.
