The Connecticut Society of Washington D.C. held its 24 annual Christopher J. Dodd Congressional Reception last night at the U.S. Capitol.
The event drew a number of the state’s political luminaries, including Gov. Dannel P. Malloy, who was in town to attend the National Governors Association meeting and a host of other events.
