The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee spent $134,430 on a media buy that will target Republican Andrew Roraback, according to paperwork filed with the Federal Election Commission.

Roraback is running against Democrat Elizabeth Esty for the 5th Congressional District seat.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee reported their new expenditure to the Federal Election Commission on Wednesday, saying the money went to Great American Media.

Roraback is not the only candidate the committee is targeting. It reported recently spending more than $2 million on media buys and media production to attack a total of 18 congressional candidates, ranging from Republican Brian Bilbray, of California, to Republican Chris Gibson, of New York.
