Esty Town Meeting: This Time With All The Details

U.S. Rep. Elizabeth Esty will hold a town meeting on gun control in WATERBURY at 7 p.m. TODAY.

WASHINGTON, DC – Congresswoman Elizabeth Esty (CT-5) will host her first official town hall meeting at the Rotella Interdistrict Magnet School in Waterbury tonight, Wednesday, February 20 at 7:00 pm. Esty will discuss the policy principles recently announced by the Congressional Gun Violence Prevention Task Force with constituents, answer questions, and listen to their concerns, insights, and ideas on the specific proposals and more generally on gun violence prevention. Laurie Perez, FOX CT Political Reporter and Anchor of the FOX CT News at 4 will moderate this town hall meeting. Esty serves as one of 12 vice-chairs of the Congressional Gun Violence Prevention Task Force.  Large bags and backpacks will not be allowed in the auditorium.
