Gov. Malloy: Hold Off On The Deficit Talk

It’s a little early to be talking about deficit spending, Gov. Dannel P. Malloy told web reporter Jenny Wilson Monday.  On Nov. 1, state Comptroller Kevin Lembo wrote the governor that the state was headed toward a deficit of at least $60 million.
