Greater Hartford Near Lead In Parent Involvement

More evidence why public schools are a big deal in Connecticut. A new report on the state of volunteering in America by the Corporation for National and Community Service in partnership with the National Conference on Citizenship finds that volunteering is up – 64.3 million Americans volunteered through a formal organization last year, an increase of 1.5 million from 2010.
