No word from Chris Donovan, who apparently has yet to make up his mind about whether to run as a third-party candidate in the 5th District.  In the meantime, the Working Familes Party, which has endorsed Donovan and which could provide him with a ballot line, says it has no problem waiting.

This is from Julie Kushner, Kurt Westby, and Sal Luciano, the co-chairs of the Connecticut Working Families Party State Committee:

When Chris Dononvan returns from vacation, we’ll have a conversation with him about remaining on the Working Families ballot line. State law leaves the decision in Chris Donovan’s hands. If he chooses to give up the line, the Working Families Party will go through our regular, democratic process to determine how to fill the vacancy in the next few weeks.

My Left Nutmeg, meanwhile, reports that AFL-CIO President John Olsen told WDRC host Brad Davis that he wants Donovan to bow out.

Lucky Luciano is looking for another tool?

After selling Malloy on “No Sustinet for Us” and “AFSCME and SEBAC will never be part of CT Universal Care” and the “SEBAC opposes ‘One policy to heal them all’ ” Health Care Luciano is balking at Esty’s credibility as a union shill?

Just say it publicly Liz. No SustiNet or ObamaCare for SEBAC or AFSCME. Ever. Ever. Just say it once for Lucky and the boys.
