Gov. Dannel P. Malloy has traded in the 2007 Lincoln with 143,000 miles for a … used Taurus.
The gently used vehicle has 25,000 miles on it. Malloy declined a new car.
“He chose to take the used car,” spokesman Roy Occhiogrosso said.
