Get your final dose of Joementum today at about 1:30. Connecticut\’s senior and retiring senator will cap his 24-year Washington career with a final speech, a Washington tradition, on the floor of the U.S. Senate.

Lieberman\’s final weeks have been busy. He came to Connecticut this week to announce a college scholarship that will be funded by leftover campaign cash. His name is still circulating as a possible Obama administration appointment. He has been adamant that a fiscal cliff compromise should not include defense cuts. He also plans to push for official designation of Hezbollah as a terrorist organization.
