From Gov. Dannel P.  Malloy, who is not satisfied with the state Board of Regents for Higher Education:

Serious problems have been identified in recent days, and they need to be fixed.

I believe the Board of Regents needs to step in, conduct a review of these matters, and take appropriate steps based on their findings.

The credibility of the central office has been damaged, and it needs to be restored as quickly as possible.

One Response to Malloy Lowers Boom On Higher Ed

  1. MrLogical says:

Does anyone believe for a minute that Malloy himself didn’t know of his BFF Meotti’s $50k raise?

Have no doubt: Dan Malloy makes EVERY decision of import in this state and for a raise of this size to be awarded to one of his very own without his full knowledge and agreement is simply beyond belief.

When the truth finally comes out, and truth always comes out, we are very apt to learn that Malloy had foreknowledge of the raise, and may have even had a hand in recommending it.

Many believe that Robt. Kennedy was always just a ‘placeholder’ president, and Malloy’s real preference has always been Michael Meotti – his lifelong friend and political ally.
