    Is it true Dan told the mayors the personal property tax on vehicles is being eliminated so the administration can say effective taxes remain flat? And then Dan dropped the bomb–there’s no money coming from the state to make up for the revenue loss. On the plus side: that doesn’t count as a cut to municipal aid which Dan said he would not cut.

    I wonder if the State Dept. of Mental Health does house calls. If so, their next stop should be the Governors residence.
