McMahon Tries To Highlight A Pattern In New Ad

U.S. Senate candidate Linda McMahon has a new television ad: Pattern.

The 32-second ad highlights many of the issues McMahon, a Republican, has used to attack her Democratic opponent, Chris Murphy. On issues where she’s been questioned; McMahon tries to set the record straight.

The ad says Murphy, skipped 80 percent of his committee hearings and skipped paying his rent and mortgage until taken to court. The ad also says Murphy sits on a congressional committee that oversees banks and got a loan despite not paying his bills on time.

“That’s why Murphy is attacking Linda,” the announcer says in the ad, explaining that McMahon’s middle class tax cut doesn’t change her own taxes and that her WWE employees had health insurance.
