Ray Soucy of Naugatuck — the state worker and union official who has been identified as a central figure in the federal investigation that led to the arrest Wednesday of House Speaker Christopher Donovan’s congressional campaign finance director — has stepped down from two union posts he has held in Connecticut, and has been removed from a third, union spokesmen said Saturday.

    Wow…three union posts…does that mean tree union checks..between policial donations and corrupt union officials like this it’s no wonder the rank and file have to pay so much in union dues…but they seem to mind….
