Rep. Sampson: Bring Back the Death Penalty

Less than a year after Connecticut eliminated capital punishment for new offenders, one lawmaker wants to bring it back.

Rep. Rob Sampson, a Republican from Wolcott, has proposed a bill to reinstate the death penalty for those convicted of capital felonies.

    We already have the death penalty. Abortions on demand are legal.
