Sen. Blumenthal Takes The Plunge

The Penguin Plunge, that is.

Jumping in freezing water for the Special Olympics is a specialty for Connecticut’s soon-to-be-senior senator. He’ll be in Conventry today for a noon dip at Patriots Park.
