Rasmussen Reports, the reliably Republican-leaning poll, finds a Mitt Romney surge in Connecticut

The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Voters in the state finds Obama with 51% support to 45% for Romney.  One percent (1%) prefers some other candidate, and three percent (3%) are undecided.

    I’m not sure the People’s Republic of Connecticut will ever again vote a Republican into office of any kind. We’re having too much taxing, borrowing, and spending ourselves into oblivion in the nutmeg state.

  2. I can’t believe it! No wonder Obama’s campaign is in full panic mode, if CT goes red, they are really failing.

    Rasmussen was the most accurate polling company in 2004, 2008, 2010 and will probably be the most reliable pollster in this cycle. By contrast Gallup was 20th in accuracy in 2008.
