Mayor Pedro Segarra announced Thursday that he was accepting the resignations of Julio Molleda, the city’s finance director, and Kevin Burnham, the public works director.

    Did anyone notice at the Courant, that there are now many more acting city department heads than actual department heads? Largest municipal budget in the state and no one is running the place (at least legally).
