Hartford’s Former Chief Operating Officer Lands New Job
Hartford Business Journal reported today that David Panagore, the city’s former chief operating officer, will be the New Haven Parking Authority’s interim leader while a national search is conducted to find a replacement for retiring Executive Director William Kilpatrick. Read the Journal’s story here.
Panagore left Hartford City Hall last September, calling his resignation from Mayor Pedro Segarra’s administration his own decision. He also insisted it was an “amicable” departure.
The bow-tied official entered Hartford’s ranks in Oct. 2008 as director of development services under ex-Mayor Eddie Perez.
