Judge Denies Motion For Contempt Against O’Garro

A Superior Court judge has denied a motion for contempt filed against embattled insurance executive Earl O’Garro Jr.

Andrew O’Toole, an attorney for an insurance corporation suing O’Garro, has said that O’Garro did not fully and accurately disclose his assets as required by the court. For background on the issue, click here, here, here and here.
