More Subpoenas

Cityline is a bit out of commission today with the upcoming election, but in case you missed it–check out Jeff Cohen’s post on the state’s insurance and economic and community development departments getting hit with subpoenas related to the Hybrid controversy.

The Department of Economic and Community Development has also provided us with a copy of its subpoena: HYBRID INSURANCE AGENCY, LLC – FEDERAL SUBPOENA

We’ve requested a copy of the insurance subpoena, and inquired about the labor department (so far, labor says it hasn’t gotten one).
