Earl O’Garro Jr. has been in the news a lot lately. He is a target of a federal grand jury investigation, sources have said, and is at the center of a Hartford insurance controversy. If you haven’t read about it, click here, here, here and here.
Now, he’s been arrested on four misdemeanor charges: third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and two counts of disorderly conduct, according to the state’s judicial website. He was arrested Nov. 7, and is due back in Superior Court in Manchester on Dec. 13.
A source has told the Courant that the matter appears to be a domestic case.
