    Art? Graffiti?

    How utterly passé.

But isn’t that the zeitgeist in Hartford?

The mini-wannabe NYC in the early 90’s?

Where the Governor gets to pretend he’s Bill Clinton with his very own “assault” weapons ban.

      Norm,

You sound like you don’t have the slightest insight on the topic of graffiti or art for that matter. I recommend a trip to the Wadsworth Atheneum for beginners. In the meantime, it’d be best for you to keep your nose out of uncharted territories and push your political rhetoric elsewhere.

      Thank you
