On Cityline we’ll occasionally feature Hartford photographs from the Courant’s staff. Cloe Poisson took this picture and others during the Karen New Year celebration at Hartford Public Library on Sunday. Many Karen refugees have settled in the Asylum Hill neighborhood and work hard to maintain their traditions.
