Three insurers — Aetna, Cigna Corp. and Magellan Health Services Inc. — are offering free behavioral health consultations to help people deal with trauma and grief related to the Boston Marathon.

In all three cases, the hotlines are available regardless of whether the customer has health insurance through the company. In each case, the toll-free hotline is a 24-hour-a-day service. Here are the hotlines for:

  • Magellan Health: 800-327-7451
  • Cigna, which is available through April 30: 866-912-1687
  • Aetna: 888-238-6232
