Indeed.com, which was headquartered in Stamford before being sold to a Japanese company for a lot of dough last month, has a place for its users to give testimonials called “I Got A Job!”

On Friday, one of a handful of people who testified about her success at the “I got a job!” page was someone who lives in Avon.

There were six others in Connecticut over the course of the week who said they were hired after responding to ads they saw on Indeed.com, plus one Hartford woman who said she got an interview from an Indeed.com listing.
