The Wadsworth House was at the center of a major, 1920s building boom in Hartford’s West End. Here’s The Courant’s report on the trend:

My interest in the Wadsworth House dates back to the mid-1980s soon after I arrived at The Courant. I wrote this story about the creation of a historic district in Hartford’s West End.
