Texas-based Cinemark Holdings Inc. has completed its $240 million acquisition of Rave Cinemas, which has five locations and 68 screens in Connecticut.

The Connecticut theaters are Enfield; Buckland Hills, Manchester; Connecticut Post 14, Milford; North Haven and Southington.

Rave has a total of 32 theaters and 483 screens in 12 states.

Anti-trust regulators have required that Cinemark divest three theaters. The theaters are in Kentucky, New Jersey and Texas.

Cinemark did not immediately return a telephone call for further comment this morning.

Cinemark operated 467 theaters and 5,259 screens in 39 states, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and 10 other Latin American countries as of March 31.
