The developer who will build a $50 million distribution center for Amazon in Windsor has purchased the land on Day Hill Road.

KTR Capital Partners purchased the 90-acre site for $9 million from a subsidary of Griffin Land & Nurseries Inc.’s real estate business, Griffin said today.

KTR will develop and then lease to Amazon a distribution center that will include one million square feet on the ground floor and a 500,000-square-foot mezzanine.
