Greenwich Estate Is Most Expensive For Sale In Connecticut

A new listing by AOL Real Estate of the most expensive homes for sale in each state and the District of Columbia ranks a Greenwich estate as the most pricey in Connecticut.

According to AOL Real Estate, the Greenwich estate, listed at $33 million, boasts 15 bedrooms and 17 baths. The 15,862-square-foot manse is billed as “one of the last great estates of Greenwich.” Attractive, yes, but financing might be a bit of stretch for most of us.

AOL’s list ranged from California’s most expensive home for sale in the nation, the Fleur de Lys Mansion at $125 million to North Dakota’s highest price abode that was a relatively modest $895,000.
