Robinson & Cole, the Hartford-based law firm, has expanded its presence in Providence, adding 3,000 square feet at One Financial Plaza.
The firm has signed a 10-year renewal for 9,300 square feet of office space, which includes the additional space.
Andy Filler of RM Bradley Brokerage Co. and John Cregan of Paramount Properties represented Robinson & Cole. CBRE represented the landlord, One Financial Holdings LLC.
