Median Sale Prices Rise In Nearly One-Third of Connecticut Towns And Cities
Today’s housing report from The Warren Group broadly portrays declining median sale prices statewide for single-family houses.
A worthy measure, if you’re looking for a quick, overall snapshot for the state. But real estate, especially residential real estate, is local, so local that sales and median prices can vary widely even from neighborhood to neighborhood.
Despite the overall decrease in median prices statewide, 30 percent of the state’s 169 towns and cities saw an increase in median sale prices for single-family houses.
