The recently renovated industrial building at 30 Sebethe Dr. in Cromwell has sold for $880,000.
The 11,000-square-foot structure, built in 1998, sold well above the most recent sale price of $575,000 in January, 2011, according to records maintained by The Warren Group.
The seller, Sebethe Holdings LLC, was represented by Century 21 Clemens & Sons Realty and the buyer, Four Rod Holdings LLC, by Colliers International.
